Every plan includes

• 100+ languages Including Ukrainian, with the language picked per file.
• Timecodes for every sentence Click a sentence to hear that moment of the recording.
• Speakers Who said what, with names you give them.
• Editing Fix any sentence right in the transcript.
• Export .txt with timecodes, or .srt and .vtt subtitles.
• Share links A read-only link to a transcript, no sign-in needed.
• Live transcription Text appears as you speak into the microphone.
• Big files Audio and video up to 2 GB and 4 hours each.

How minutes are counted

• By the length of each recording, to the second.
• Each file counts as at least 15 seconds.
• A file that fails to transcribe doesn't count.
• Minutes reset on the 1st of every month (UTC); unused minutes don't carry over.
• When the month's minutes run out, new transcriptions wait for the next month or an upgrade. You never pay more than your plan's price.

Questions

Do I need a card for the Free plan?

No. Sign up with your email or Google account and you get 90 minutes every month, free, without any payment details.

What happens when I run out of minutes?

Uploads and live sessions pause until your minutes reset on the 1st of the month, or until you upgrade. No plan charges extra for going over.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, any time on the Plan page. Paddle adjusts the price right away: you pay the difference when upgrading, or get a credit when downgrading.

How do I cancel?

On the Plan page, in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Can I get a refund?

Yes: a full refund within 14 days of any payment, the first one or a renewal, no questions asked. The Refund Policy has the details.

Who handles the payments?

Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. It processes the payment, sends the receipts and adds any applicable taxes at checkout.

Can I try Deshifr without an account?

Yes: upload a file or start a live session on the home page, up to 5 minutes, no sign-up needed. Signing up keeps that transcript and gives you the Free plan's 90 minutes a month.
